The sister chalet to Louise, Zaphir has stripped wood floors, a warming open fire place, ultra modern furnishings, a balcony and stunning views of the Matterhorn. There are two Austrian twin rooms, one double bedroom and a twin, all with en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are directly accessed from the communal staircase.

Chalet Zaphir accommodation: 2 Austrian twin, 1 double and 1 twin. Open plan dining/living area.
Location of Chalet Zaphir: 3 minute walk to village centre, 10 minute walk to Sunnega Express lift. Geneva 244km, Zurich 267km, Turin 307km.
Getting to Chalet Zaphir: Scheduled British Airways flights (1hr 45min) from London (unless otherwise specified at time of booking) followed by a luxury transfer to the edge of Zermatt and then electric taxis to the chalet (3 1/2 hours).
Children at Chalet Zaphir: Suitable for children (please note there is a communal staircase between Zaphir and Louise), nanny available.
Facilities: Ski and boot room with heated bootwarmers, television, DVD player, CD system, selection of games, telephone.
Paid activities: Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, heli skiing, mountain railways, curling, ice skating, beauty spa, paragliding, walking tours, ice climbing.
